Fisher & Paykel — “F&P” to most of our customers — is one of those brands where calling the factory service line usually means a 10-day wait and a $195 trip charge. We’re independently factory-trained and carry the common DishDrawer parts, so a local call usually means a same-week repair at normal rates.
What we repair on Fisher & Paykel
- DishDrawer (single and double — DD24, DD60) — most calls are drain-pump replacements, lid actuator motors, and rinse-aid dispenser failures
- ActiveSmart refrigerators (RF, RS-series) — evaporator fans, electronic control modules, ice-maker assemblies
- Induction cooktops (CI604, CI905) — fault codes E1-E4, power board replacement, element coil issues
- Built-in column refrigerators (RS36) — compressor start relays, dispenser valves
- Pro-style ranges (RDV, OR series) — gas valve assemblies, convection motors, igniters
What makes DishDrawer repair different
DishDrawer units are mechanically unlike any other dishwasher — the motor and pump sit underneath a sealed tub, and the rinse cycle runs through a motor-mounted rotor rather than a traditional wash arm. Most general appliance techs don’t have the tear-down training. We do — Bob spent a week at the F&P training center in Costa Mesa when the DD60 launched, and he’s been on the bench with them ever since.
Parts & turnaround
F&P USA ships from City of Industry — one-day parts delivery on most items. DishDrawer drain pumps and lid motors ride on our van.
